Asbestos Claims is a marketing division of gocompensate.com, a trading style and marketing brand of Oates Consult Limited.
 
Simon Oates specialised as a defendant personal injury lawyer and then later as a claimant lawyer for fifteen years before then becoming the business development manager for a UK200 law firm providing personal injury and clinical negligence services on a worldwide scale.
 
He established a network of referrals from meeting lawyers in the Philippines and also established the UK's very first co-operative legal services scheme shortlisting his firm in the National Legal Business Awards as 'The Most Enterprising Law Firm of the Year'.
 
The gocompensate brand is established to bring claims back to the regional specialist law firms negating the large premiums paid to national claims farmers.
